The office has always been quite unique, deciding in July 1992 to not employ commission Sales people, however the Principals of the office would deal directly with property owners to service their needs, either with Sales or Property Management.
35 Years later this still remains the same, also wherever possible employing local businesses for our Marketing and Property Maintenance needs and employing 2 full time staff. The line up of Principals changed in July 1992. The office has grown, especially in the last decade with new Partners and staff breathing new life into the office.
